First phase Teaching Practice Week 1

First week of teaching practice 
31-08-2024 to 02-08-2024


The teaching practice of our third semester started on July 31, 2024. GHSS, Thazhava was the assigned school. Shyna and Athira from physical science, Amrutha and Aparna from English, Shehana and I from mathematics option were the allotted trainees in the school.

On the first day,I reached the school around 9:30 a.m., signed the register in front of the headmistress. After the prayer, I went to see my concerned teacher Mrs Sahira. The teacher signed the record book of lesson template.
I had class in 9C.I introduced me to the class.I started the class with the new chapter parallel lines. From 31st August 2024 to 2 August 2024, I took the sub unit equal division of parallel lines in the class. Activity card, chart and ICT were used in the class.
On these days, I served food to teachers and students. Different varieties of dishes included in their lunch. I had food from the school. It was yummy 😋.

First phase Teaching Practice Week 4

Fourth week of teaching practice  19-08-2024 to 23-08- 2024 Class Reflection Lesson template 14 to 18 completed in this week.Subunit Midsection completed and Triangle centres started. On 21-08-2024, first phase of observation done by the teacher. It was an unexpected entry. Lesson template 16 was taken in the class. The subunit was Midsection. It was question related template so activities was not included.
